Our teas as picked fresh and stored under strict conditions. Once shipped to our warehouse We store all our teas in a cool room at 14 C with the humidity set to 35% to ensure freshness and quality.

Once the tea is in your hands, lose tea will last 6-12 months depending on the container it is stored in.

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 48 hours and then will be sent by the postage method you have chosen. If you have opted for tracking you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your tea on it's way to you.

Postage rate within Australia:

We charge a flat rate of $12.00 per order for postage Australia-wide. 

Free postage for all Australian orders over $75

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

We take all care in dispatching our products and sometimes mistakes do happen.

Our detailed Returns Policy is as follows:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@luxuryteacompany.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.

No product will suit everybody; our products have been curated with health and wellbeing in mind. Since everyone is different no two people have the same needs use your best judgement as to what will work for you.
